Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept checks or credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, & American Express). Please note that we charge a $5 credit card fee per transaction.

We do not accept insurance, but will provide a statement that you can submit to your insurance company as a claim for any reimbursement that is applicable for out-of-network services.
